Guild D-20 E

The D-20 E is a dreadnought acoustic guitar with a solid mahogany top, back and sides. This model was first introduced in the Guild line in 1968 and features a rosewood bridge and fretboard, a bone saddle and a bone bridge insert, as well as an extremely light satin finish that enables this guitar to really sing. The D-20's modest features include a vintage-style rosette and the Guild's Peak logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the headstock. Each D-20 is supplied with a hand-signed, numbered certificate of authenticity and a hard case. This model is also equipped with an L. R. Baggs Element Active System, but is also available without.

Guild USA Series

In July 2014, Guild began building a new, state-of-the-art factory in Southern California, where the first task was to search the world for original Guild guitars, equipment and rare Guild guitars. The machines were shipped from the previous factory in New Hartford, CT, and retrofitted into the new production line. Ren Ferguson, legendary luthier, was named VP of Manufacturing and Research and Development. Ren's history at Guild (especially his Guild Orpheum Series) combined with many years of excellent guitar making made him the perfect visionary to set up and design Guild's new factory.

Guild is looking forward to ushering in a new era of production in the USA. These guitars interpret classic Guild designs through an innovative approach and the use of modern technology. They feel and sound better than ever and are made to be played.
